We’re currently on the lookout for a driven, personable Sales Consultant to join our thriving team in Nairobi. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on connecting with people, has a genuine interest in property and enjoys the buzz of a fast-paced environment.
In this client-facing role, you’ll be a key part of the buying and selling process—from the moment a property hits the market to the final stages of a deal. You’ll work closely with both buyers and sellers, offering expert guidance while ensuring every transaction is as smooth and rewarding as possible.

• A highly competitive commission-only structure with no cap (earn up to 40%), monthly and annual bonuses for high performers.

ABOUT YOU
We’re after someone with a minimum of one year’s experience in real estate, but we also welcome candidates from related backgrounds like customer service, sales, administration, or law. What matters most is your enthusiasm, professionalism, and ability to connect with people.
You’ll also need:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A proactive, can-do attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
• Confidence in negotiation and a sharp eye for detail
• Good organisational habits and a practical approach to problem-solving.
• A solid grasp of digital tools and systems
• A valid Kenyan driver’s license and access to your own vehicle (highly preferred)
 
Please note, for this role, you must be able to travel to and from viewings or to our offices when required without any difficulty.
